IntaLoc™ PUR Panel

IntaLoc™ PUR Panel is an insulated wall and ceiling panel system providing a pre-painted steel surface complete with tongue and groove roll formed edge and thermalock™ panel joint which can achieve superior thermal performance. The insulation core is Polyurethane (PUR) and The butt joint between the ends of insulation core applies Finger Joint detail, providing a seamless and thermal efficient bond across the insulation core.

Note:
1. Weight of PUR panel is based on 0.55 mm BMT steel thickness and 40 kg/m³ EPS density.
2. Recommended insulation guide is given with limitation to panel length and temperature difference.
3. Insulation value is subjected to change if outside temperature exceeds 35 °C.
4. Maximum panel length requires consideration on allowable load span and thermal bowing effect.
